What is Spam?

Unsolicited commercial E-mail, commonly known as spam, is any message or posting,
regardless of its content, that is sent to multiple recipients who have not specifically
requested the mail. Solicited commercial E-mail is any commercial message, newsletter,
or posting sent only to recipients who have requested it and can choose to opt out of
    receiving the mailing.

eStoreValue.com does not authorize or sponsor any form of spam. If you have any
question, please contact us for the issue.

How to Make Sure You Get our Mail ?

Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers'
inboxes. But all too often, they also filter the e-mail that you want to receive.

To make sure that eStoreValue.com e-zines, e-mail courses and support e-mails are
not filtered  into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add E-mail
to your list of trusted senders.

    Here's how:

Hotmail: Place the domain eStoreValue.com in your safe list. The safe list can be
accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL: Place the domain eStoreValue.com in your address book.

Yahoo! Mail: If one of our e-zines is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message
and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

Other providers: If our eStoreValue.com newsletter is being filtered, try adding our
domain/our  newsletter's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list.
If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the
    message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and
specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from eStoreValue.com. Follow
    their instructions for whitelisting eStoreValue.com.

It's a shame to bother you like this, but in this day and age, we feel like the dolphin caught
in the  tuna-spam net. We support fully the anti-spam measures of all mail servers and ISPs.
But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping
    eStoreValue.com information  from you.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All we can
do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the spammers.

Again, To Make Sure You Get Our Mail

Check your Bulk, Junk or Spam folder (respectively). If you find an e-mail there from eStoreValue click to indicate that it is not bulk, junk or spam. The same type of process works for all major Web-based e-mail services (ex., AOL's).

Hotmail: Click the Options link on the main menu tabs, then Safe List. Add our address to the Safe List.

Yahoo!: Click Mail Options > Filters > Add Filter and add our address.

Using Outlook, Eudora or Other Client-side E-mail Software?

You may not receive e-mail you want if it has been filtered out by your ISP before they deliver it to you. This may not be as easy to resolve as Web-based e-mail. But here is what we recommend...

AOL (aol.com): Log into your AOL/AIM Webmail Account and add estorevaluel.com to your Address Book (click the Add Address button to add to your "People I Know" list). Check AOL's help for additional details, if required. You could also indicate "not spam" in AOL's Webmail.

Other ISPs (ex., att.net, attglobal.net, bellsouth.net, earthlink.net, verizon.net, comcast.net):
They intentionally are impossible to reach. They don't want to argue. Either use their Web-based e-mail to indicate that mail from eStoreValue is not spam or switch to Gmail or Yahoo! Mail (the most reliable mail delivery systems).

Thank You from eStoreValue.com Customer Support.
